Before you write

What to include

To help us prepare the conversation, please tell us:

Your name and your role, for example head of radiology, data protection officer or head of procurement.
Your institution: a hospital, a local health unit (ULS) or a hospital group.
The department or departments involved, such as radiology, pulmonology or quality.
Anything that helps us prepare: volumes, timing, questions.

Never send us patient data: no names, identifiers, reports or images.

We do not ask for or want patient data. If you send us patient data by mistake, we delete it and tell you.

After you write

We reply by email within 3 working days.
We propose a conversation about the leakage audit: what it analyses, what your hospital receives and what it requires.
Commercial terms are shared on request: the audit is a fixed fee, sized for a direct award.
Before any real data is shared, a data-processing agreement and a DPIA are completed with your hospital's data protection officer.
