Hospitals don't lack detection. They lack anyone who holds the state “recommended but not yet done”.
Antevion, the product in development, is designed to track the follow-up recommendations clinicians write in imaging reports, so each one has an owner and a due date, and to show the hospital how many were never done.
The same core is designed to carry other clinical intentions written in free text. Five further products are planned on it, from screening follow-up to trial pre-screening, each with its own regulatory review.

In development, onboarding its first partner hospitals
Antevion is in development and is onboarding its first partner hospitals, starting with a leakage audit. The product specification, the safety and regulatory design and the evidence review are complete.
The audit engine is being built on illustrative report text. No real patient data is used before a signed data-processing agreement and a DPIA, and we will obtain a written qualification opinion on Antevion under the EU Medical Device Regulation before any pilot with real patient data.

- A person decides every closure, every eligibility question and every handover, with a reason.
- Every number comes with its coverage and its limits.
- One installation per institution, designed to be hosted in the region its data-protection rules require.
- One hospital's data serves that hospital alone.
- Each product will have its own regulatory review before any pilot.
Outside our scope, by choice: image analysis, patient risk scores and products for insurers.

Each hospital's installation is designed to carry its own language, patient-identifier and regulatory profile, and to be hosted in the region its data-protection rules require.
Language, identifiers, calendars, notice channels and hosting region are set per installation.
